"Member of the Month
Signage is a basic feature to every business - more important than the actual address numbers.
Whether indoor or outdoor, walk-in storefront or appointment-based business, a exterior sign
with your logo or name is crucial to the success of all businesses. How often when we visit a new
location for the first time, we ask for a ‘mile-marker’ to locate the establishment? You may hear,
“We’re located to the south of Target” or “Right next door to Kohl’s”, but if you own a business you
want your business to be the mile-marker because of the noticeable signage.
Bryan Duquet, owner of Sign-A-Rama in Clinton Township, has put forth much effort to help
businesses of all sizes. He was nominated and awarded as the Romeo-Washington Chamber
of Commerce “Member of the Month” for March 2008. Fran Salvatore of Pamelas Catering in
Romeo nominated Duquet for this award. Salvatore said, “Bryan has gone out of his way to help
establish standards in the sign business.”
Duquet puts forth the effort for not only his customers, but tries to educate multiple townships
to understand the regulations that they are imposing. Having gone before multiple Planning
Commission’s and Zoning Board of Appeals (Washington, Clinton and Marine City to name just
a few), Duquet continues to fight for the right of the businesses in the community, with a tasteful
method of reason and sensibility.
Our business community is grateful for people like Bryan Duquet who work toward the same
mission that the Romeo-Washington Chamber of Commerce has “Promoting, educating and
assisting in the growth and success of the business community. . .”"

"On behalf of the Environmental Committee and the Administration of Harrison Township I would like to thank you for your recent donation of two new boat town banners toward their May 18th Spring cleanup. The united efforts of all involved resulted in the removal of 75 yards of debris. Waterfront Park, Tucker Spillway, Harley Ensign launch site, Riviera beach and the Parkway Parcel were the areas that were greatly improved. Flowers were planted at Waterfront Park and 35 old tires were taken out of the Parkway Parcel. From school age to seniors, volunteers of all ages participated.
We commend you for your willing and charitable approach to the idea of helping out. You believe in the worth of your individual involvement."

"Dear Bryan,
Thank you for your support of our 3rd Annual American Red Cross Blood Drive and Community Fun Fair on June 16, 2008. The event was a huge success...in fact; we again far exceeded our previous year's results by collecting 145 pints of blood! Your contributions made this possible. Together we are saving lives.
Special thanks to our event sponsors, volunteers and donors! Without the contributions of time, effort and money, the event would not be possible.
Please keep in mind that the Red Cross is in great need of blood. You can donate a pint every 56 days. Please consider taking the time to contribute on a regular basis.
Thank you again for your support!
Sincerly,
InPro Insurance Group, Inc.
